Join us for a hands-on cooking experience where you will learn how to prepare two masterpieces of Piedmontese tradition: silky handmade Tajarin and the famous Ravioli del Plin.
Our chefs will guide you step by step through every technique, from kneading the dough to rolling, cutting and shaping the pasta by hand.
Then comes the best part: sitting down together to enjoy everything you've created, accompanied by prosecco, good company and a homemade dessert prepared by our chefs.
Whether you're travelling through Italy or simply looking for an authentic culinary experience, this class will leave you with skills, recipes and memories to take home.

The course will run with a minimum of 12 participants enrolled.
Booking and payment are required to secure your spot.
In case of no-show without at least 5 days' notice, the course fee will not be refunded.
